How long would it take to deliver my goods to Europe?
Our company uses just 10 days after payment confirmation to ship to Europe.

Yes, we do worldwide shipping.
Do you offer refund if I don't receive my goods?
Yes, Alps Impex B.V. has a 100% total invoice amount refund if goods are not delivered to buyers destination port within the agreed time as per sales contract.
Do you accept L/C payments? If not, what are your term?
Yes, we do accept both L/C and T/T payments; however, this will depend on the buyer’s ordered quantity. Kindly visit our Export_Policy by clicking here. Also please be noted; Alps Impex B.V. does NOT accept 100% L/C for any first order with fresh buyers. NB: all payments are done via Bank basis only
